Position Responsibilities:

  • Overall function of the front office to include answering phones, filing, and scheduling patient appointments.;
  • Prepare patient charts and maintenance of medical records.;

  • Providing art therapy groups weekly.

Position Responsibilities:

Position Responsibilities:

  • Providing Individual, family and group therapy and coordinating all participants in milieu activities
  • Participating in multidisciplinary treatment meetings to exchange information on patients and engage in treatment planning

Education, Competencies and Credentials:

  • Masters degree or higher in Mental Health field and a minimum of two years of experience in direct services post-degree

Day of Admissions Coordinator

Position Responsibilities:

  • Orienting, providing tours and support to patients and their families on day of admission at The Renfrew Center.
  • Creates schedules for admitting patients; flexible with changes when last minute alterations are necessary.
  • Prepares badges and prepares/witnesses signatures of consent forms for patients and families.
  • Assists clinical treatment team with monitoring and escorting patients throughout the admission day.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide information about all of The Renfrew Center’s programming to patients and families.
  • Actively engage consumers in a highly responsive manner while utilizing sales ability to assist patients, families and professionals to move forward with Renfrew services.
  • Compile information regarding patient’s demographics, basic symptom and treatment history, and insurance benefit information to enter into electronic database accurately and timely.
  • Maintain follow-up contact including outreach calls or emails to patients, families and professionals to asset patients in entering treatment at The Renfrew Center.
  • Meets established departmental metrics such as % of calls to intakes, % of intakes to assessments, etc.
  • Provides tours of The Renfrew Center and provide explanation of assessment /insurance/referral process.
  • Completes financial requests in a timely fashion and present/explore private pay options or financial resources as required.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.

Education, Competencies and Credentials:

  • Sales experience preferably in a behavioral health facility;
  • Demonstrated telephone sales presence required;
