Navigating the Path of Recovery this Holiday Season

Wednesday, December 19, 2018

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm (EST)

  6:00 pm - 7:00 pm (EST)

The holiday season can be the “most wonderful time of the year,” but it can also be the most worrisome and difficult for those struggling with or recovering from an eating disorder.

In this webinar, Johanna Kandel, The Alliance for Eating Disorders Awareness CEO and recovery advocate, along with Laurie Yurchuck, Renfrew Alumna, will discuss how to navigate the path to recovery during this holiday season and throughout the new year. At a time when it is customary to give to others, this webinar will address the importance of being self-considerate and setting boundaries, provide helpful tools in remaining present and explore why being vulnerable may be the key to connection.
